This machine offers a simpler and better way of doing
the long-established operation of beating the welt
after sewing.
The principle purpose is to lay the welt perfectly flat,
parallel to the contours of the last bottom.
In addition to conventional welt beating, a small tool incorporated in the hammer stretches the outer edge of the welt slightly. Operational effort is reduced to minimum and output is generally in the region of 1200 pairs per day.
